eFarmer hotline services
Registered eFarmers are entitled to use the following hotline services which deliver support for:
- eFarmer workplace client claim registration, checking and submission malfunctionality
- Access to CAP content resources
- Archiving services on the central eFarmer server
Advising, disputing RPA (Rural Payment Agencies) resolutions on the submitted claims are not included in these services.
