The right upper corner shows tabs with links to main information part of the portal (Home – return to homepage, eLearning – eFarmer portal education system, FAQ – shows frequently asked questions and answers, Help – shows help and tips recommended for use of portal services, Contact – provides information if portal administrator and provider need to be contacted.
The upper part with green strip offers the main menu while the right part shows the concerned country (which portal you are located) and the corresponding language version (the language may be switched clicking the national flags).
The right column shows the quick navigation menu, through which you reach all important functions offered by the portal.
User registration
The homepage contains the registration form used for registration to become registered user of the portal (to have access to services offered by the portal).
The registration form must be filled in with your username (it must be unique, that is, none of the other users may have the same name).
Select and insert password (the inserted password is not displayed for security reasons). The password must repeatedly be reconfirmed inserting it in "Confirm password" and finally insert your applicable e-mail address. The notification relating to creation of your account will subsequently be sent to this e-mail address.
Clicking "New user" you are directed to another page.
Upon completion of the registration process you may fill in the user profile (these data are not obligatory, however, it is strongly recommended to provide them for communication with you and portal provider. It facilitates correct delivery of information searched by you).
Frequently asked questions
This page contains collection of frequently asked questions of users and answers for them. If you have any portal services related questions, such as, what can be found on the portal, what makes the use of services useful, why to register, what are the benefits, or other doubts, please, read the questions and answers. If you do not find answer to your question, please, send us your opinion, question, comment, and we are ready to help. If you desire to contact us click "Contact us" link to be directed to the page with contact e-mail addresses ready to receive your comments, opinions, and questions. The upper part as well as the lower of the page is identical with the homepage.

Basic information of farmer (claimant)
These pages are provided for data of farmer (natural or legal person) who is (will be) aid claimant.
It is possible to enter several farmers for whom you will subsequently generate aid scheme related applications in this system.
In this part it is possible to create new farmers, or modify data of existing farmers (if created earlier). Each user has access to his/her data only that he/she entered. The user does not see (cannot modify) other data about other farmers created by other user.
Farm related data
This part facilitates to enter farm/s related data for each created farmer. Each farmer may have one or several farms.
In the next step, for the selected farmer and his/her concrete farm/s you select an aid scheme, according to which you will further generate corresponding claims and application forms.
To enter farm related data a farmer must be created and selected.
Farm related data can still be added and updated.
Farm related aid schemes
This part offers search and selection of agricultural aids based on farmer´s and farm/s related data.
To get access to offered/ available aids it is necessary first to have created and selected farmer, and the farmer must have created and selected suitable farm.
Through selection of farmer and his/her farm you set the so-called scenario, and based on the scenario the system offers all various aid schemes applicable for the selected criteria.
